The goal: Fit by 11/30
We have one month, so timing is extremely important. 11/30 also happens to be my birthday (another incentive), and for a soon-to-be 25-year-old, it's important to develop habits for my future well-being.

Hopefully we surprise you by showing you that it doesn’t have to be complicated. Personally, I like things that are simple, sustainable, and “so easy, a caveman can do it”! Time to unleash my inner-caveman!
