Goal: to challenge, motivate, and present ideas that are realistic, achievable, and sustainable
Time to figure out our AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) circuit!
Figure out your AMRAP by taking from your Max-Reps workout, divide by 6, and round up. Scale to your ability.
(i.e. Anthony’s max-reps for squats were 130. Divide by 6 to get 21.67. Round up to 22.)
…and don’t give us any excuses! And don’t procrastinate either!
I know, I know… why do something now if you can put it off ‘til tomorrow? This is a mantra for many of us, including yours truly, Anthony. It’s this philosophy many of us learned to adopt, sometimes not by choice, but yet this perspective remains a constant.
We’re all guilty of it... just listen to Lynette during our business meeting (yes, I’m calling you out) :
A: “Let’s do an AMRAP right now!”
L: “What?! I didn’t bring workout clothes… and we didn’t come here to work out!”
A: “Come on!”
L: “I won’t be able to sleep if I work out this late!”
A: “When are you doing yours then?”
Fine. I’m going in solo…
