Luckily, we got both last night (awesomeness)!
The Paleo Chicago Meetup Group had an event with delicious eats at city-restaurant, Uncommon Ground, with the one & only Primal Toad.
Good restaurant; plenty of Paleo options- the most popular being the Grass-fed Beef Burger, the Pork Chop, & the Crispy Duck Leg Confit. Yum! Based on everyone's feedback, here are the conclusive reviews: the burger was not only grass-fed, but also local (Q7 Ranch)- a Paleo win-win! The pork chop was not only satisfying, but it was ginourmous! The duck was so scrumptious, everyone picked their bones clean. No hunger pangs there.
Hopefully you don't need any more convincing about the food, so let's talk about friends, which are important - if not MORE important than food.
One of the cool things to know is that you have engaged followers / blog-readers. We were surprised to find out that there are people actually reading this! It is not only encouraging, but satisfying. Thank you for following, and we will continue to inspire/be inspired!
