Joe Rogan was right: it definitely comes out to be a scary Hulk-Green color! What scared me the most was the garlic. Here I am thinking I'm going to smell like garlic for the rest of the day if I drink this in the morning, but I turned out just fine. The amount of garlic in the shake compared to all the other ingredients is so little, it allows everything else to dilute the taste of it, & I'm thinking the ginger for sure helps, too. If you just want a nice tasting smoothie without all the weird health stuff (don't worry it'll still be healthy), just skip the garlic. This shake tastes pretty good - I was surprised!
