Me, on the other hand… not so much…
I had virtually no change in my physical appearance at this point - which was discouraging at first. It would make most people just quit on the spot. Not me. I'm still determined to get ripped (the end goal), and even though it may just take me a bit longer, I believe you can get there by celebrating the small wins.
What small wins? How about improving my pull-ups from 42 to 49, or my push-ups from 54 to 63? These improvements are just some of the ones that keep me motivated enough to keep trying. I'll get a six pack some day, & when that day comes, I'll have a bit of gratitude for keeping with the program… okay, A LOT of graditude!
Keep up the good work everyone, & don't stop the party. I mean progress.
