Before we dive into this challenge, you may want to take the following few preliminary measures:
1. Literally! Measure yourself! Take a tailor’s measuring tape (or string) & get a starting baseline so you can compare your results later in your Paleo journey. Measure your chest, waist, hips, both arms, & thighs.
2. Take a “Before” picture; this will definitely be a cool thing to compare back to after the challenge. If you don’t take a Before picture, you will regret it!
3. To make it easier on yourself throughout the challenge, I’d recommend to clear your house of the “bad” foods. Either donate, throw away… or this would be the week to finish those up so you can start fresh. DO NOT buy/restock on anything that you know you shouldn’t be eating. Once it’s gone, it’s gone! You can reward yourself by replacing these with healthier options. A short guide/shopping list will be posted tomorrow to help you prepare for this challenge!
