Even though I only exercise for 15 minutes in the mornings (about 5x/week), I make those short work-outs worth it and really focus on the progress!
2 weeks in, and I’m starting to see a little more definition already! Definitely encouraging – and it only makes me want to keep going and push harder!
I sent my mid-month before/after picture to Anthony, bothering him for one in return. I wasn’t sure why he was so surprised, but he insisted in getting another workout in before sending me one.
I find that he’s not seeing results yet. Yes, it has only been a couple weeks so it’s totally understandable – no pressure! Being able to up your AMRAP rounds is a fantastic start and is exactly what’s happening for Anthony! Go, go, go!
We still have time, and I’m going to push him harder! It’s good to have a buddy to do challenges with for motivation; you’ll most likely accomplish more with the extra support to persevere.
Whatever it takes for you to achieve your personal goals, make sure you stick to it and keep it up!
