We aspired for a BIG goal in mind and everything went EXACTLY as planned! I am now ripped & cannot WAIT to go somewhere hot/sunny to show off my nice abs… just kidding.
Unfortunately (or fortunately depends on who you ask), I look very similar to when I started, & not much has changed in the last 2 weeks since my mid-month post.
I am stronger, feel better, more active, BUT still not ripped.
This is awfully frustrating, but definitely not the end - just an obstacle that I need to overcome.
For many of us in our 30's, health is relative, and getting ripped can seem like a dream more than a realistic goal.
Dreams are attainable, people! Just keep working toward achieving them.
I may have been given 30 days for this challenge, and I may not have achieved the end-goal, but let's see what happens after 60 days, or 90 days or even a year of working at it! As long as I keep this up, I KNOW I will get results eventually. Just don't stop, and don't forget to celebrate the small wins.
