Spicy Kale Chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Wash and dry your kale, & cut up into small bite-size pieces leaving out the thick stems
3. Scatter over a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil creating no more than 1 layer of kale
4. Drizzle with olive oil
5. Mix 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper in separate bowl & sprinkle evenly over kale
6. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until edges start to brown
